Return & refund
Please keep in mind: Since every piece is handmade, slight differences may appear.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us providing the item is unused, in original condition with labels still attached. Original and return postage is non-refundable.
Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from our website.
How to return?
Please contact us by email tamabags4you@gmail.com before returning any goods, and specify your full name, delivery address and order details. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange and to organize the return.
Once received by us, providing they are in sale-able condition you will be refunded for the full cost of the product as soon as possible to the same method of payment you used to pay for your order. Please note that the refund may take a few days to reach your account (this will depend on how fast your bank will process the refund).
We do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item.
We are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for items that are not received back in perfect, saleable condition, so please ensure that they are well packaged and protected before sending. We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for any damage that may occur in transit, so it is advisable to ensure that any returned items are well packaged and protected before sending.
When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to us.
It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. In the unfortunate event that the parcel is lost and we do not receive the returned item, unfortunately we will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.
Cancelling your order:
If you wish to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible at tamabags4you@gmail.com. If the order has already been dispatched, you should follow the procedure above. Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
